Уютный дом на берегу реки, с верандой и мангальной зоной под крышей, можно жарить шашлык в непогоду. Свои мостки, можно рыбачить с мостков и с пирса, отдыхать у воды. На песчаном пляже два батута для детей. Пять минут на машине до центра посёлка, где есть все магазины, аптеки.
В доме все удобства. Большая удобная кухня-гостиная вмещает до 30 человек. В комнатах двух-спальные кровати и раскладные диваны.
Вс-пт 12 тыс., сб 14тыс. Цены актуальны на февраль-март.
Сауна- электро, настольный теннис, колонка, шампура, решетка-гриль, дрова, угли, казан за отдельную плату, разрешаем привозить своё.
Гель душ, шампунь, мыло, салфетки, туалетная бумага, полотенца, постельное есть, входит в стоимость.
Можно с детьми, есть детская кроватка.

Спальных мест до 22, доплата за каждого гостя свыше 10 человек - 800₽.

Пиротехника, конфетти запрещены. . Залог 6тыс., возвращается при выезде при аккуратном использовании дома.
