По факту это классная стильная евродвушка с отдельной спальней, три раздельные спальных места, предоставляю дополнительно раскладную еврокровать, большая застекленная лоджия, очень теплая, дизайнерский современный ремонт, всегда чисто, уютно, сдает хозяин, развитая инфраструктура, магазины и кафе в самом доме, огромная парковка во дворе дома, рядом улгу, аквамолл, ж\д и речной вокзал. Выдаю электронный чек с куаркодом, регистрируется в фнс, договор найма квартиры, при необходимости оформлю документы от гостиницы и гостиничный чек.
