Advantages:

Хорошая квартира для комфортного проживания, есть всё необходимое. Но хотелось бы, чтобы подумали о том, чтобы была возможность заходить в подъезд не через звонок в домофон в саму квартиру, т.к. ночью звонили в домофон и никто не открыл, пришлось ждать жильцов этого дома, чтобы открыли дверь в подъезд. И по возможности, закончить ремонт в квартире, т.к. есть несколько недочётов, которые бросаются в глаза. Но в остальном, всё понравилось!
