Чисто, тихо, есть кондиционер что не маловажно в жару

Странно расположен унитаз - большой человек не поместится (тесно из-за стиральной машины), но в целом все отлично

Advantages:

В квартире чисто, для комфортного проживания все есть. Парковка у дома.

Disadvantages:

Имеется неприятный запах после курева. Матрас на кровати просто ужас. Диван очень жесткий.
